❤︎ Basic Info ❤︎

First of all, what’s age regression or “littlespace?”Linked below is another carrd explaining what Agere is, and defines terms you may not know on this page :)Click the arrow to continue

As of late i’ve had a very high suspicion that I may be a system, this includes 3 different littles in said system.

Chirp! :DD

The littles you may meet go by 3 different names
- Chirp, who is a twin little of 4 years old
- Termite, the other twin who is also 4
- And Stylop, an age slider who reverts to an age of 2 y/o at the youngest

I am a trauma-based regressor, using littlespace to help cope with past trauma and current issues

Regression can be both voluntary and involuntary, I personally do bothVoluntary being when I’m aware I have high levels of stress or anxiety that can’t be mellowed out normally and make time for littlespaceOr involuntary, where I shut down and regress as a last resort coping mechanism.

I learned how to be fairly independent while in littlespace despite my age (but my CG atm is just as good at looking after me^^)

❤︎ Important Info ❤︎

!!This is for Caregivers!!
!!and/or Babysitters!!

Now that you know how the littles you may meet, you must be wondering what kind of manner you must have around them due to the fact that they will most likely have their own problems or behaviorsThis is just a few important details with solutions underneath them, as well as what to do/what not to do.

Chirp and Termite are NV (Non-Verbal), or atleast heavily selective mute. Stylop struggles to speak but may make an effort

  • I’ve made communication cards to make it a little easier to understand when he needs something, if I don’t have something listed then Yes or No questions can be answered face to face

Communication and/or Anxiety

  • Due to past trauma, I have trouble with being alone for long periods of time and become anxious easily, being little makes it all that much worse. While talking is limited on my end, communicating when you have to leave or need to do something that requires Chirp to be alone for a bit is very important, just put on some of his favorite shows for the time being

Comfort and Responsibility

  • This is a broad topic, mainly focusing on comfort items/content, caregiver etiquette, and things that make being a CG or BBS easier

  • ✦ While it is incredibly helpful to help keep ppl in a little headspace, Little gear is not always needed (i.e Paci’s, Sippy Cups, GIR hat/hoodie) HOWEVER, it is REQUIRED that necessary comfort objects or attention is given

  • (FOR FUTURE CAREGIVERS)

  • Being a caregiver for the littles can be an easy job, mostly just needing a more gentle approach with lots of affection and reassurance that being little around you is alright.

  • Be sure to set rules (i.e snack time, bed time, clean up, etc) and give reminders for self care.

  • ✦ Listed/Linked below are things that help keep the children occupied, or that they enjoy watching/listening to while in littlespace :)

  • This can help make things go smoother if you need to leave them be for a while

❤︎ Conclusion ❤︎

With all that said and done, that’s pretty much it.I may have forgotten to mention a minor thing or two, but I’m willing to answer any questions if you have any :))
